Hello lovely readers! I know it has been a while since the last time I made a post, I have been busier than a bee and I just want to say "Thank you so much for your support". I have been seeing lots of longer length sweaters in the stores lately, which I feel is a perfect trend for fall. Especially now that the climate has been getting cooler and days are getting shorter. I love this sweater from J Crew, it is very thick and feels like being wrapped in a blanket! I was immediately obsessed with these Lace-Trim slip shorts from the moment I saw them at UO, the pale pink color adds a sweet vibe matched with the scalloped lace trim. Just because it is fall and we are already in October it does not mean you have to put those shorts away just yet. You can still wear a crop top and shorts, by simply adding over the knee socks you have yourself a perfectly layered fall look. I cannot seem to stay away from the Petty Suede booties! They are so easy to slip on for your everyday comfort, lending a western feel that I love. All the lace and neutral end up looking very sweet and that is not a bad thing. To add a tough touch I chose the House of Harlow engraved station necklace that adds just enough silver and gold metal. The Station bag from Coach tops off this sweet look with a dash of black smooth leather. P R E - F A L L These last couple of days I've been in a dark kind of mood with maroon, plum, and navy colors that are ideal for the upcoming fall. I styled this plum silky maxi with a beige halter top keeping in mind it is light for summer with a hint of fall fashion. I normally would not be very inclined to a halter top, but I love how this one fits loosely and comfortably giving a boho vibe. The details are what originally drew me to this top from the delicate floral embroidery to the crochet scalloped trim. Copper details enhance this look adding that shine and texture that was missing. What I love about the maxi skirt is that you can dress it up with heels for the weekend or tone it down with cute sandals. Have a great rest of your week! T- S H I R T T I M EThere are days when all we want is to wear a T-shirt and be casually comfortable. As you may already know I am all about prints and I love the dinosaurs on this black tee because it is different and unique. Keeping it casual, I paired this look with a grey pair of shorts, which are super comfortable given the fact they are Levi's. Accessories will dress up this look just enough with my favorite studded sandals from Steve Madden and the vintage AWL mini bucket from Dooney and Bourke. Needless to say the House of Harlow 1960 engraved station necklace is the perfect edgy statement which reminds me I should throw it on more often. The classic wayfarer are the ideal sunglasses for this back-to-black look and a pop of OPI Cajun Shrimp never looked better. It is time to shine! It finally feels like summer and the greenery is in full bloom, soon the trees will be filled with leaves and flowers will be seen everywhere. Here is a dress that will help bring in the summer! Dresses are always super easy to wear and comfortable in the scorching heat. I love a good floral print and the colors incorporated here are perfect for the sun. The cut of the dress is feminine with delicate drapery that flows with the wind and in my opinion very flattering to the figure. There is no better way to catch the sun rays than with a bit of metallic. Rose gold is perfect on these sandals adding just the right texture and shine. Pearls always work well with any feminine look you are aiming for and these peachy faux pearls really complement this look. Grab a simple solid cross body for an easy walk downtown. I also paired a topaz ring and rosé gold jeweled studs to add that sparkle in a subtle way. Last night I had the pleasure of watching Aziz Ansari: Modern Romance at the Overture Center of Arts which was an amazing experience and a beautiful venue.
