S A B O S K I R TIt is the lovely weekend again, I could not be happier! After working all week, I can finally sleep in and cuddle with my favorite blanket. This dress from Sabo Skirt is extremely comfortable, the crochet details add just enough texture to the neon teal color. Zara always gets it right, especially with the wide heel holographic strappy sandal. I love how the colors bounce off of them. In honor of the weekend I decided to style this chain-mail bag from BCBG Max Azria. At a glance it appears to be a simple yellow cross body, but it has a subtle iridescent finish that is great for this look. Minimalism goes a long way, that's why I kept the jewelry simple with stud earrings and my two favorite silver rings. White framed sunnies add a fun statement to your face and covers the bright and shining sun! What are your weekend plans, and what do you plan on wearing? I hope your weekend is full of glamour! N A N E T T E L E P O R ENeon colors are perfect for summer because they make your tan stand out! I love that many amazing designers like DVF, Rag+Bone, and Marc Jacobs have collaborated with Target to make stylish and affordable collections conveniently at your disposition. L'Amour by Nanette Lepore can be found at JC Penny which is pretty great too. I love the cloud like print on this dress and its color combination that remind me of the 70's. Recently I noticed that Iggy Azalea wore this vintage Paloma Picasso belt on her cover of The New Classic and immediately I was inspired to finally wear mine! I so wish my friend was back in town with her beautiful Paloma cross body, if you’re reading this I shall borrow it next time! Nonetheless Tory Burch did the job with this simple handbag and gold detail. I wanted to go for a modern 70’s look with a bit of edge and a girly touch which I feel I accomplished with the accessories. I kept it chic with cat-eye sunnies and Mary Jane patent leather heels, but a bold pink lip tops off this look! T H E F I S H T A I L B R A I DSummer is all fun and games until you step outside and come to the realization you might melt before you make it back home. Need not to worry here is a look that will keep you looking fierce and feeling it too! A fishtail braid is a nice way to keep your hair neat in the humid days and if you are like me you may like to throw something new in the mix at times. The Vive Top from Dolce Vita is giving me just that; a summer vive! The braided trim traces the scoop neck to reveal split back that works as the perfect silk top. The black and white tribal print adds a bohemian-chic feel perfect with hot pink. Mirrored aviators add a fun pop of color and holographic heels catch it all in a subtle way! A black leather tote is a nice balance to this detailed look. Neon is perfect for summer since it is brighter out and will will make you appear very tan. I am pretty sure we all have been to a highlighter party before and this look is perfect for one. Two simple ways to style neon is with white or black depending on your mood. Here I chose to style the neon skirt with this very trendy crochet and lace top. I like that it is long sleeve and gives a more sophisticated ladylike vibe. I wore a nude tank top underneath which will come in handy this summer with sheer tops. Holographic shoes are great for when you want to add a little fun to your look, and these are just the right balance of classic and color. Any day is a Dooney and Bourke day in my world, and this mini bucket is just perfect. I got it from eBay and was super excited about it, until I received it with its strap cut off; fortunately I have a temporary strap until I can get it fixed. For a pop of color I chose to paint my nails With OPI Cajun Shrimp, my favorite summer polish. Cat-eye sunnies are great with any feminine look and straight hair is always best because it is so long and flowy.
