Fall is all about it getting colder, windier and darker sooner. This is the perfect weather for a trench coat, it keeps you warm and looks stylish buttoned or unbuttoned. Paired with rag & bone jeans and a crew neck, a simple touch that still is sophisticated. A statement necklace stands out against this simple backdrop. You guys know how much I love cameos and this green one is not the exception. To top it off a beautifully pebbled leather Dooney and Bourke handbag. Fall will be gone before you know it, go look at the colors on a walk with someone! Making sure to keep warm with your favorite hot drink of the season, I cannot get enough vanilla lattes! xoxo, Your Everyday Girl Trench: Burberry Top: rag & bone Jeans: rag & bone Bag: Dooney and Bourke Cameo: Vintage

Making a great outfit is all about the details of the prints and color as well as the different textures and balances. Velvet is always a favorite for its soft texture and fancy look, especially in deep red. When wearing a jacket there are always chances you may want to unbutton it or take it off so I chose to wear a simple white camisole underneath to be prepared. The silk adds a great texture with just enough detail of lace and stripes. Printed pants are one of my favorite trends, they’re so much fun. I love the super skinny cut and how great the print lays. When something that is $30 can look like a $300, it does not get better than that and these pants are it. A pointy toed heel is always nice because they never go out of style and elongate your legs. I walked most of the day with these and they were super comfy. Milkmaid braids are so cute and I actually had never done them before, thanks to my awesome sister for doing my hair and makeup. It is exactly what I wanted and more! Accessorizing is all about the details such as with the jewels on these dainty earrings and simple black cameo. Needless to say the beautiful gold details on this vintage bag, from the strap to the tassels and beaded flowers. Fortunately, I wore this look on a beautiful and sunny day with a stylish pair of Club Master, this look is complete. Always remember where you came from and who you are. Life will take you to many places that will be great and some that may not be so amazing, stay true to yourself and remain a humble person that will help someone in need whether it is in an action or a smile.
I am happy to formally inform you of my collaboration with Rise for this amazing shoot. The Rise Project was made for the sole purpose of planting a seed of courage and inspiration in hope of introducing a universal movement towards a greater good. Here I am holding my very own excel notebook made of 100% Recycled materials. Get yours now! www.RiseProj.com This look was styled around the peplum, which is very in season. I love this faux leather peplum; it adds a matte texture with embroidered detail. When styling a peplum keep in mind that it adds a ruffle to your shape which can turn from flattering to unflattering if styled incorrectly. A skinny jean will make you look leaner and white freshens up your look. The blazer here has a great shape and cut that complements the peplum perfectly. Black & White usually call for a pop of color, red is classic and will not disappoint. With this vintage red leather jacket I was able to layer up without being too bulky. Add a red lipstick for a daring girl's night out look. Trench: Vintage Burberry Top: H&M Skirt: Vintage Scarf: Burberry Shoes: Gap Gloves: Lauren Ralph Lauren Belt: Coach Tights: Walgreen's This winter has been all about staying stylish without compromising our warmth. There is no better way to feel fabulous than to throw on a beautiful Burberry trench coat. This has to be my most prized possession from in my wardrobe. Paired with the nova check signature cashmere scarf it is magic. A simple beige button up top and a mustard colored skirt is the right combination of basic and corporate necessary for this classy and feminine look. As usual black tights are a must when wearing a skirt or a dress. I added a skinny leather belt at the waist line of the skirt to prevent my skirt from shifting. I am all about the little things and I just love the herringbone print on the flats as well as the small belt buckle. I like the fact that the small leather belt and leather gloves seem to be almost the same shade of mustard as the skirt. Leather gloves are sure to keep your fingers warm and I love the brown braided trimming on these as well as the LRL inscription, like I said it is all about those little details. I always love having my hair straight because it is so much easier to style it, even though it is time consuming I feel I finish faster and faster each time. With simple makeup and a bold lip such as this ruby/wine color is the right shade to complement this entire look as well as the red on the Burberry plaid. The best way to beat the winter is to do it in style. Xoxo, Your Everyday Girl |
