S A B O S K I R TIt is the lovely weekend again, I could not be happier! After working all week, I can finally sleep in and cuddle with my favorite blanket. This dress from Sabo Skirt is extremely comfortable, the crochet details add just enough texture to the neon teal color. Zara always gets it right, especially with the wide heel holographic strappy sandal. I love how the colors bounce off of them. In honor of the weekend I decided to style this chain-mail bag from BCBG Max Azria. At a glance it appears to be a simple yellow cross body, but it has a subtle iridescent finish that is great for this look. Minimalism goes a long way, that's why I kept the jewelry simple with stud earrings and my two favorite silver rings. White framed sunnies add a fun statement to your face and covers the bright and shining sun! What are your weekend plans, and what do you plan on wearing? I hope your weekend is full of glamour! WE MAY NEVER BE ROYALS...BUT WE CAN DRESS LIKE IT!Some days a girl just feels like putting on a cute outfit and dancing all night long. Thank God the weekend is here and what better time to dress up than on a lovely summer Saturday. The Eternity Romper really has all you need for a going-out look. The sheer lace is a romantic contrast to crisp faille on this multi-texture romper from Lover, which gains a vintage element from the ruffled high collar. Knife pleats detail the shorts, and the hidden zip secures the sheer mesh back for a sexy finish. The lace details captivate your eyes, which is why I chose very precise and minimal styling. Pearl stud earrings lends a feminine touch that complement the Oui Madame Essie nail polish I cannot seem to get enough of. Every girl needs a basic strappy sandal in her wardrobe, but since we cannot have them all, I would recommend a nude color as a must have because they can almost go with everything. The Zara TRF special edition strappy sandal meets all my expectations. The leather strap against the suede material add layers of texture that I love, and the silver buckle gives a soft edgy vibe that tops off this effortless look. Easy as 1, 2, 3. T H E F I S H T A I L B R A I DSummer is all fun and games until you step outside and come to the realization you might melt before you make it back home. Need not to worry here is a look that will keep you looking fierce and feeling it too! A fishtail braid is a nice way to keep your hair neat in the humid days and if you are like me you may like to throw something new in the mix at times. The Vive Top from Dolce Vita is giving me just that; a summer vive! The braided trim traces the scoop neck to reveal split back that works as the perfect silk top. The black and white tribal print adds a bohemian-chic feel perfect with hot pink. Mirrored aviators add a fun pop of color and holographic heels catch it all in a subtle way! A black leather tote is a nice balance to this detailed look. I was ecstatic when I rescued this retro jumpsuit from the pits of Dig & Save. Thankfully it is in my size and is in perfect condition without sign of wear or staining. I really like the balance of femininity and menswear because it can make you feel strong and powerful. Nowadays there are many women who are the breadwinner of the family. This shows women are stronger than ever, we can really do anything we want if we set our minds to it. When working with a longer pant keep in mind that you want to keep a tall and lean look. Nude sandals are nice and simple. I love this clutch with its floral embroidery on a black backdrop that gives a feminine touch. I am obsessed with needlepoint style embroidery or most commonly known as "Grandma’s Couch" fabric, this is a technique that dates back thousands of years to ancient Egypt. Any good business woman knows to have a watch handy in any given situation. I chose a skinny black watch because it is feminine and sleek perfect for this polished look. Aviators are pretty universal shape, I believe anyone can pull them off and they are great for blocking the sun and staying mysterious. Red lips usually never go wrong and it is always fun to wear lipstick so grab one you like to top off your look. Woman In Black Your Everyday Girl Tip : With these large buttons on the sleeves not much jewelry is needed. I added a watch and cameo ring on opposite hands as well as small stud earrings. As the old saying goes, less is more. Jumpsuit: Vintage Heels: Zara Clutch: Vintage Ring: Sarah Coventry Watch: Anne Klein
