Fall is all about it getting colder, windier and darker sooner. This is the perfect weather for a trench coat, it keeps you warm and looks stylish buttoned or unbuttoned. Paired with rag & bone jeans and a crew neck, a simple touch that still is sophisticated. A statement necklace stands out against this simple backdrop. You guys know how much I love cameos and this green one is not the exception. To top it off a beautifully pebbled leather Dooney and Bourke handbag. Fall will be gone before you know it, go look at the colors on a walk with someone! Making sure to keep warm with your favorite hot drink of the season, I cannot get enough vanilla lattes! xoxo, Your Everyday Girl Trench: Burberry Top: rag & bone Jeans: rag & bone Bag: Dooney and Bourke Cameo: Vintage

Hello lovely readers! I know it has been a while since the last time I made a post, I have been busier than a bee and I just want to say "Thank you so much for your support". I have been seeing lots of longer length sweaters in the stores lately, which I feel is a perfect trend for fall. Especially now that the climate has been getting cooler and days are getting shorter. I love this sweater from J Crew, it is very thick and feels like being wrapped in a blanket! I was immediately obsessed with these Lace-Trim slip shorts from the moment I saw them at UO, the pale pink color adds a sweet vibe matched with the scalloped lace trim. Just because it is fall and we are already in October it does not mean you have to put those shorts away just yet. You can still wear a crop top and shorts, by simply adding over the knee socks you have yourself a perfectly layered fall look. I cannot seem to stay away from the Petty Suede booties! They are so easy to slip on for your everyday comfort, lending a western feel that I love. All the lace and neutral end up looking very sweet and that is not a bad thing. To add a tough touch I chose the House of Harlow engraved station necklace that adds just enough silver and gold metal. The Station bag from Coach tops off this sweet look with a dash of black smooth leather. Booties: Sam Edelman Bag: Coach Socks: Urban Outfitters As you may already know I am all about a fun print for summer, especially on the trending harem pant. Cotton is a great fabric for summer because it is perfectly flowy whereas silk can make you feel hotter and is preferable in fall and spring. When I was a buyer at ReThreads these vintage undeniably amazing harem pants came in, first dibs never felt better. You just do not see things like this anymore and that is one of the many reasons to love vintage clothing and accessories. I had a hard time finding a top for these multi panel pants, each time I tried to wear them I just could not make it work. This is okay because one day it just clicks. The ivory silk camisole has everything I was looking for; a solid color and statement details. I love the deep V cut of the lace that adds just a little more oomph and the back details are a sexy plus. The Felicia ballet flat dazzles with sparkle complemented by rings and reversed Marc Jacobs cuff. Earrings are always important and here is an example that dainty earrings can also make a statement. The blue stones complement the paisley panel while giving a pop of color to your face. I feel like a genie that just came out of the bottle ready to grant your three wishes. The best outfits occur in the spur of the moment and this is one I will definitely re-wear over and over. I usually am seeking for comfort on an everyday basis and a romper can do just that if it is the right cut. This vintage romper is a favorite because of its vibrant floral print that is perfect for any summer day. I’m really enjoying the cut of this romper especially the way it sways which will give an illusion of wearing a dress. Since mustard is the least visible color in the print I decided to add a skinny belt to give structure and a pop of color. Booties are always a go to when seeking comfort, the small heel add just enough height to get you through a busy day. I kept it neutral with beige so that the print will stand out even more. First I chose a light wash denim jacket but, at the last second I decided to throw on this vintage floral needlepoint style vest, the moment I did everything clicked. Cameo over load for jewels felt like a must, with two different cameo necklaces and small cameo earrings previously seen on Lady In Blue. This very 70's look is topped off with matching Dooney and Bourke crossbody, round sunnies, and a single turquoise ring.
