There are times when all you want is to feel like a lady, this calls for pastels, floral, and of course the precious pearls. Here peach is really doing it for me it feels refreshing for summer. The crop top has been a huge trend this year which I am a fan of. In my opinion the crop top looks best styled with anything high-waist just showing the mid-rib area. This silk skirt is my best friend right now; its color, cut, and fabric make it an ideal skirt for me. A neat bun will keep your hair out of the way on a hot day as well as show off your pretty face and pearls. When going for a fresh vibe, neutrals are a nice combination such as the beige bag and off white pumps. To top off this look white cat-eye sunnies are the cherry on top. I am so happy to share with you the latest good news I received! You are looking at the new Urban Outfitters employee! Ever since I moved to Madison I have wanted to work there and now that I have the opportunity I am excited to continue learning and to be part of a great culture. Urban Outfitters, Free People, Anthropologie, and Terrain are all sister companies which is pretty exciting to think of this new window of opportunities! This is what I chose to wear to my interview; I did not want to look like I tried too hard or not enough but this I felt like a great balance. I chose to wear this silk button up from Urban Outfitters for a semi-business look and the color is great. Paired with black high-waist leggings it is a perfectly comfortable duo, to prevent being nervous in an interview dress comfy. For a retro vibe I chose vintage earrings and Station Bag which also adds texture. These chunky heels quickly became one of my favorite; they are comfortable and make you feel super tall and confident. I put my hair up in a bird’s nest and topped off the look with a bold lip. Summer is never official until you get to the farmers market! The fresh produce, beautiful flowers, and plants are my go-to for their affordable prices, as well as the delicious cheese curds and other goodies. Saturdays are a perfect day to come to Madison; the streets are filled with musicians and a variety of artists as well as many sightseers. This Saturday was more special having both Farmers Market and the annual Cars on State classic car show that John and I both look forward to. Knowing that it is hot out may prevent you from getting out there and enjoying this beautiful thing called: life. This calls for a dress, but not just any dress. Diane Von Furstenberg was calling my name. With its sheer texture the wind flows right through with the breeze that is just effortless. I have not been a fan of the high-low trend(at least not on me) until I put this dress on, I like that it is not as dramatic of a high-low as you would normally see. The unusual print reminds me of some sort of an animal print, which is why I grabbed my tiny turtle sterling silver earrings that I got from the cutest little shop on State Street. I decided to keep my hair natural again and just changed it up by pinning it into what I call a bird’s nest. To the farmers market I wore braided sandals and for a day-to-night look the amazing satin Carolyne sling backs. A vintage cameo makes for the perfect statement ring to top off this boho- chic look. It is beautiful outside, the weather is warm and love is in the air. Whether you are looking for love or celebrating an anniversary with your significant other, always prepare to make long lasting memories. With the right outfit you will be sure to remember those moments. I am in love with the Jeralyn dress from Dolce Vita. Its silky overlay gives a layered look to a breezy voile dress. Panels of romantic lace and gentle embroidery offer a vintage feel, while scalloped floral trim blooms around the hem adding a pop of color. If you like to add a dash of sexy the extended keyhole closure offers a peek of skin that will do just that. I chose to wear statement jeweled earrings encrusted in gold for the sparkle that is missing as well as enhancing the embroidery. With these gold wedges I was able to add shine and texture without compromising my comfort. Bangles and rings top off this summer look that says "Let's Fall in Love" Your Everyday Girl Dress: Dolce Vita Wedges: Seychelle's Earrings: Amrita Singh Bangles & Rings: ReThreads Sunnies: A.J.
