Summer is really everything, with the warm weather come more style choices and bright colors, I can already feel the climate getting a bit cooler and cooler which are the first signs of fall and it terrifies me to think winter is surely on its way. That is why you must choose today to wear what you want and stop saving it for another day, of this I am guilty. It is now or never, that is the motto. I wanted to go for a hipster-Free People vibe with this look, keeping in mind my personal style. I cannot seem to stop wearing high waist shorts this summer, it may be because of how great they fit and how casual they look. The moon and stars print takes you to a magical place paired with a distressed light wash jacket a perfect denim on denim staple. This lamb suede crop top is the ideal neutral shade to complement the print and its split back lends a sexy touch and airflow. These are all reasons to look for vintage treasures to recycle especially since this is part of a set I will be styling later on. I love the navy hat with this denim on denim look because it adds a darker shade of blue that welcomes the classic Club Master with a bit of mystery. I made this look my own by adding my newly rediscovered vintage AWL Dooney and Bourke Bucket bag, it is just perfect. I stack my rings up, up, up and this is fun when incorporating different gems and shapes. Adding to that shine my Fossil watch that I cannot get enough of since I got it back in spring because it is an almost chocolaty rose gold shade that complements my skin well and the lovely Bettina sandals from Rebecca Minkoff; topped off with a delicate grey pearl. I am a huge fan of a moto style jacket because it is a timeless piece that you can wear however you would like, adding an edgy and hardy vibe. Seeing that it was a perfect summer day, not too hot nor cloudy it was the perfect time to bring it out. I love anything high waist because it gives a flattering look to your figure. The hounds tooth print is flawless on the capris pant, when styled with a knotted sleeveless button up it gives a sort of retro yet modern attitude. Any shoes that are easy to throw on are my friend, just like these shoes from Camper because the cushion is so thick and comfortable to wear for long periods of time, such as a day at work. I have always thought hoop earrings make you look more Latina and so I chose them for this look with curly hair. All that is missing is my imaginary motorcycle, and off I go! T- S H I R T T I M EThere are days when all we want is to wear a T-shirt and be casually comfortable. As you may already know I am all about prints and I love the dinosaurs on this black tee because it is different and unique. Keeping it casual, I paired this look with a grey pair of shorts, which are super comfortable given the fact they are Levi's. Accessories will dress up this look just enough with my favorite studded sandals from Steve Madden and the vintage AWL mini bucket from Dooney and Bourke. Needless to say the House of Harlow 1960 engraved station necklace is the perfect edgy statement which reminds me I should throw it on more often. The classic wayfarer are the ideal sunglasses for this back-to-black look and a pop of OPI Cajun Shrimp never looked better. I am all about quality over quantity because when products are made well they look better and are more likely to defy the test of time. It is always easy to wear leather in spring or fall when looking for warm clothes that look stylish. Some may say there is no way they would wear leather in the summer, but here is a great way to make it work while keeping cool. I love the teal color of this pencil skirt giving, a fresh look to the common black leather we are used to seeing. A crochet crop top has amazing details adding a feminine texture and letting the wind right through. Gold wedges dazzle with shine complemented with gold bangles and rings. A red handbag is a nice pop of color taking this look to the next level. Keeping it Bold Your Everyday Girl Top: Wet Seal Skirt: Vintage Heels: Seychelle's Bag: Doone
